All payments are processed through secure payment systems that guarantee confidentiality and the protection of personal data.

After the payment is confirmed, the order is transferred to processing and preparation for shipment.

Delivery in Ukraine

We deliver orders across Ukraine:

shipping via “Nova Poshta”
pickup is available (by prior arrangement)
free courier delivery in Odesa for orders from 7000 UAH

International delivery

We ship orders outside Ukraine:

shipping to Europe, the UK, the USA, and other countries
shipping cost is calculated individually
delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen carrier

Production time

All Velvet Noire items are handmade.

average production time — up to 3 business days (Saturday and Sunday are days off)
custom and complex orders — by agreement

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation. Detailed terms are described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

shipping is carried out only after full payment
