We offer convenient and secure payment methods:

payment by bank details via card (Visa / MasterCard)
Payoneer wallet payment
Western Union transfer

All payments are processed through secure payment systems that guarantee confidentiality and the protection of personal data.

After the payment is confirmed, the order is transferred to processing and preparation for shipment.

Delivery in Ukraine

We deliver orders across Ukraine:

shipping via “Nova Poshta”
pickup is available (by prior arrangement)
free courier delivery in Odesa for orders from 7000 UAH

International Delivery

We ship orders outside Ukraine. The international shipping cost is calculated individually depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.

After placing your order, we will contact you to clarify the details. In the order comments, it is mandatory to provide a phone number (with Telegram or Viber connected) or your messenger username.

After confirming the destination country and shipping method, we will calculate the final total amount including international delivery. Payment is made in a single transaction using the selected payment method.

All Velvet Noire items are handmade.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation. Detailed terms are described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
